For sale is a great set of TEN 1921 Morgan Silver Dollars--all in AU (almost uncirculated) grades. 1921 was the final year of mintage for the Morgan Dollar after taking 17 years off from being minted, giving it a very unique story. It actually was never supposed to happen, but when the 1921 Peace Dollars had issues with them minting of them, the U.S. was still obligated to mint silver Dollars that year, so they decided to do the Morgan Dollar for just one more year until they fixed the problem with the Peace Dollars. And like all Morgan Dollars, these coins are all 90% silver, and this lot gives you a total of nearly 7.75 ounces for pure silver! As you can see from the pics the coins are all in awesome shape, and as mentioned above they are all AU grades, some being very close to being fully MS uncirculated. They all have their original mint shine and luster, and all the details on the coins are sharp, including all the feather lines on the eagle's breast, which is one of the first things to wear down on Morgans. There will be some small toning spots here on some of the coins, but none have any major damage and none have been cleaned.
