Mo and the entire team was awesome and helpful in helping me grab my 1999 E36 M3 unicorn!  On the way up to the shop from San Jose, my friends car got damaged as the strut tower ripped apart. He sent it to the back for a full repair as we worked on closing the deal. I was $1k short and he said take the car and send me the money later - no paperwork, no timeline, no questions….thats trust and customer service that’s above and beyond!

made us wait 40 mins in their office on the financial advisor just for him to walk in and give us the worst offer known to man. you don't have to accept my initial offer, however respecting people's time is not a big ask. it took him not even a second to finally give his counter offer, so I'm not sure why we couldn't have gotten that over with from the very beginning. the kid that showed us the car was really nice though, that's about all the good I can say about this place.

Seriously disappointed and considering a lawsuit.

I purchased my car a few weeks ago, and had done research on the car I wanted and even traded in my new RAV4 to downsize and get some money back.

Nonetheless, they made it super fast for me to sign papers and test drive the car, I was happy with the information they provided me and actually driving the car.

About a week and a half later, my car was stolen and unfortunately resulted in me taking it to the dealership for repairs.
After taking it to the makers dealership, the dealership informed me that the car had a recall that was never fixed. And on top of that, after rechecking the report I was given at time of sale, it clearly states “No recalls reported” and I was NOT disclosed anything at time of sale.

What was even worse to this whole nightmare, is that it took this place close to 2 weeks to even PAY me for the car I traded in! But it was already on their website ready to sell to the next buyer!

Honestly, do not do business here. I’m disgusted with myself for putting trust into the 3 people I worked with: Maya, Jawad, and the finance person who had me sign everything without disclosing anything. This business is rotten to the core and absolutely disgusting.
