Fully tinted windows (and additional Reflectix for larger windows) Master Bedroom: King size memory foam mattress and original bedding (we never used it), Washer dryer connection in master bedroom closet, Master bedroom TV (BluRay included), Lots of closet and drawer storage, All closets have been lined with Reflectix material to help insulate and keep cool Bathroom: Full size shower 3 panel glass doors and skylight/headspace (husband is 6'2" and the shower works great for him), Lots of deep cabinets and drawers, Medicine cabinet space behind both mirrors Large loft: Great for small children sleeping/play area or general storage, TV hookup in the loft We created storage under the stairs for items that you don't need to access easily, or those you don't want others accessing easily. Mid-bunk room: We created custom bunk beds for our teens that can be easily removed to convert the room back to an office. They still have LED lighting on them if you want, Desk & Closet space Kitchen: So much storage!! Huge cabinets above office door, fridge and next to stove, Residential size microwave & huge fridge with ice & water dispenser, Kitchen island with lots of storage and handheld faucet, Magnetic knife rack - knives stay put even while traveling!, 3-Burner stove and oven Living / Dining Room: 50" TV & Entertainment system with inside & outside speakers (outside TV too!), Tons of storage behind TV (on a hinge), electric Fireplace, Couch with pull out bed (we believe it is a full-size but have never used it), 2 leather recliners (we removed the arm rest to make more room for the dining table), Dining room table with four chairs that have storage under the cushions.
