This is a beautifully preserved example of Martin craftsmanship—an excellent choice for both collectors and musicians seeking that iconic, resonant 12-string sound. It has been carefully maintained in a controlled environment and shows virtually no signs of wear. The top, back, and neck are pristine, and the action is smooth and highly playable. The only minor issue is a small piece of decorative binding that has come off. This is purely cosmetic and can be easily reattached with wood glue.
