2012 Scion iQ

I'm selling my 2012 Scion iQ, basically a Toyota version of the Smart Fortwo. I'm selling it because I bought another car and don't have room for both. Here's the details: Mileage: It has 150,000 miles, but they're mostly highway miles (previous owner drove back and forth to Montana) and it's a Toyota so it should have plenty of trouble free miles left in it. Fuel Efficiency: This car can get 36 city/37 highway according to its EPA rating. I've observed closer to 32-35 combined in my own experience. Size: It's a very short car (120") with a very tight turning radius, perfect for city driving! It's comfortable to maneuver on tight, crowded city streets and easy to find street parking for. It's also surprisingly roomy inside (my 6'3" friend fits in the passenger size comfortably) with more space for cargo than you'd think. Maintenance: It's been regularly maintained by myself and the previous owners. I just put on a set of front brake pads and rotors as well as spark plugs. I've had its oil changed around every 5000 miles with Mobil 1 full synthetic, high mileage oil. Also just had transmission fluid and coolant flushed. Driving: It's not sporty by any means, but it it's still surprisingly fun to drive and handles very well. The throttle feels very responsive thanks to its light weight, and it can make a clean u-turn on most streets. Safety: It has an NHTSA rating of 4/5 and 11 air bags, including a rear window airbag. Interior: It's clean and smoke-free. No torn seats, no missing panels, no weird smells. Exterior: Mostly in good condition, although has some fading clearcoat and scuffs. Transmission: Automatic Price: Asking $6500 but open to reasonable offers. Cash and in person only.
