Hours operation: whenever we feel like it!
It’s 4:30 and have been waiting for 30 min min already no one is here. The sign at the front says business hours 10-7pm. I keep calling the number but no answer.

I seriously question the character and credibility of this business.  After clear communications through text and phone calls, I made specific arrangements to purchase a vehicle from them.  After I confirmed the sales price and fees I made arrangements to fly from Idaho to Seattle to pay for and pick up the vehicle at a prearranged time and drive it back to Idaho.  When my agent arrived at the appointed time to finalize the transaction the truck was no longer there.  We were given the story that this one vehicle had been stolen the night prior.  They proceeded to try to entice us to purchase a different vehicle.  It was all a hoax and a ruthless shrewd form of bait and switch.  My agent requested to see the police report that was claimed to have been filed, but that ended the conversation.  They had been caught in a lie.    I would not recommend them for anything.

Bought a truck in January, temp tag expired today march 18th. Didn’t have license plates at dealership until yesterday evening. I live 2 hours north of here and drove down after work to get my plates so I can drive my truck legally and they are closed at 630 when it says open until 7. I bought a travel trailer a month ago and had my plate in a week but these guys take the whole 45 days. I called Wednesday to see if plates were in and was told no. Guy told me if they weren’t in by the 18th not to worry because everyone is driving on expired tags because of covid. Are you kidding me, he was find when he was counting my 100 dollar bills but after that forget it. No time for me after they made the sale…
