Description

Here’s a 1956 Conn 12M baritone saxophone up for grabs. This was an old school horn & bears many battle scars. Please zoom in on photos for condition. Lots of old repairs, re solders etc. The good news is the horn is a fantastic player. It was recently serviced which included removing large dents, clean/oil/adjust, key straightening, replacing any worn pads. It plays very well up & down. Neck receiver is starting to show splitting below the slot, which is extremely common, as it stands it’s not posing any problems but in the future it may need the cracks filled with silver solder or just have the receiver replaced, which any competent shop can do for you. Neck is a newer replacement but an exact copy & works perfectly. Case is functional. $950 without mouthpiece $1050 with mouthpiece (a vintage large chamber)
