1997 Fleetwood Flair 49,000 Miles Selling because family wanted a larger RV. New Tires and starting battery. New vinyl plank flooring. Two new LED TV's. New radio (GPS, bluetooth, WIFI, etc. Ready for backup camera.) Everything new on front brakes (master cylinder, calipers, rotor, lines, etc.) New Bilstein shocks and worn front end parts replaced. New front airbags, new alternator...all fluids have been changed. All appliances and air conditioning work fine. Roof recently recoated. New flooring. 454 engine - runs great and trans does the job just as it should Title in hand. Cons: Generator worked fine but wouldn't crank this spring. Needs tuneup. Fuel filter replaced Rear brakes (disc) still need to be done. Highest estimate was $1500. $13.5kobo...will entertain partial or full trades/offers Motivated Seller
