We have beautiful Fleetwood Class C 31ft RV.  2 large slideouts  Engine is in excellent condition.  Full boby paint. (Hard to find)  Ducted AC.  1 piece fiberglass overhead cab. Has been meticulously serviced and runs like new.  Has an upgraded radio system with all the Pandora, Bluetooth. Etc.  Has side mirror cameras as well as rear camera.  Has 2 dinette tables. Large couch 1 dinette quickly converts to a bunk bed.  Has all brand new upgraded upholstery throughout the entire  RV Upgraded Suspension  Rear view camera.  The engine and transmission are in excellent condition. Paint is in excellent condition. It has 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, one large couch bed, 2 single bunk beds. We always run the engine, transmission and the appliances throughout each month and gas is never left in the tank and always has fresh gas so not to jeopardize the fuel system as most RVs sitting for months and months. The worst thing for an RV which most RVs have are really low miles which might seem like a good thing but they just sit in storage more than 95% of the time which is the worst thing for the engine, transmission and fuel systems.  The price will get you into a really nice RV in the newer body styles with the reliable V10 E450 6.8L Triton engine.
