Our loss, your gain. We bought it to remodel and live in. Fell on some hard financial times so we are selling our camper! We gutted and redone All the subfloor in the main living area and back bedroom and new vinyl flooring has been laid. Needs the trim around the baseboard part. The kitchen sink has been reglazed along with the counters being painted to match the appliances. The back wall panels were removed to fix the subfloor but we have the brand new panels and everything to install them included in the camper. The back room has sliding doors that nestle into the walls to save space. Comes with a curt q20 hitch for towing. ($700 alone😅) includes 2 buckets of roof sealant never opened that retail $100 each so the camper roof can be resealed before the next season. Includes all paint and replacement hardware and supplies we bought to finish the main living area. (There’s nothing wrong with it. We were doing cosmetic upgrades) Includes the bathroom vinyl roll of flooring, brand new. 4 slide outs. ALL THE CABINET SPACE. Everything we bought for the camper remodel will be included in the deal including a 4 chair dinette and a tv stand, cleaners, paint supplies, paint, wall panels, literally everything.
