2017 keystone ultralite bullet 30ft Used trailer with fixer upper repairs needed. Average sale price is 7k-10k I’m willing to part with 5K Please note this is a project trailer but still has good bones! Trying to sell within 30days. 5,000 . I’ve lived in this for 2.5 years off grid. I have put as much work as I can into it. I have removed and gutted all cabinets and kitchen has been redone with new walls. Bathroom was gutted and redone to my best ability. Will add other pictures/send if interested. Note to buyer AC has never worked so I bought a portable window AC and installed into the front of the trailer. Floors do have some areas of soft spots. Again this is to be considered a fixer upper for who is interested and willing. Kitchen has been gutted and set up as a dry kitchen/electric only Bathroom showering : not run of propane or electric. Just your simple shower if you know how to run the lines - then that will be a project to consider. I have used my shower in the summer it is perfect natural temperature - winters were rough. The bedroom back wall - that was a fixed project and the wall was replaced as best as I could The items to stay in the trailer Full kitchen set up as is including refrigerator. Portable water and jugs can stay if buyer wants it. AC can stay if buyer wants it. All other furniture will be removed for a blank canvas for buyer I will do my best to upload more pictures and send to those requesting. I bought this as a bill of same from a family member so I do also have all the paperwork and books for the RV. And registration is due this year. And will take care of the expense due.
