This is an extremely fancy used car lot with exceptional service and professionalism. I just bought a car from them yesterday and they made the process super easy! I live an hour away, so they literally Sent me over every single document to sign so when I went there, I literally just handed them a check and grab the keys and was out of there in less than five minutes. The car is great In $2000 under market value because of the sale that they had. The crew of detailers are awesome. This car is 10 years old, but it’s like brand new inside And out. Next time I need a car, I would definitely check with them first because my experience was easy. They also work with a lot of lenders and seem like they can pretty much get anybody qualified. They were willing to shop the rates of a couple different lenders for me just to make sure that I had the exact APR and monthly that I was comfortable with.

I was looking online for an x5 with 3rd row seating because my family is increasing in size . I applied online and was able to be connected to Halim . I apologize if I spell any of the workers names wrong but all the staff were awesome and a great help to me and my family. Halim was able to get me a great rate on an already great priced x5 . I drove to the dealership to see the vehicle which was ready for me to see once I arrived . I was greeted by a beautiful young lady named Michelle . Michelle unlocked the vehicle and told me to check if everything was in order . She started the vehicle and I proceeded to check everything inside and out. I checked around the engine bay . Everything was great.  We then test drove the car and everything was great . We finally met Halim and another person  named Baha but didn’t know his name but was greeted well by him as well. Halim was a great man and gentleman and explain to me everything no pressure. I had to talk to the wife about the terms and in the end we felt that we weren’t ready to close the deal. I explained my situation to Halim who was very understanding but Baha ask what was going on who was very concerned and asked how can he help to close the deal . Long story short Baha was very professional and told me to give him a chance to see what he can do . In the end we got a great deal and a lot of great and very professional help from all the staff. We purchased the x5 and If I  purchase another vehicle in the future I will surely check them out again. I highly recommend this place for your next car purchase . I just want to say thank you so much to Halim Baha Michelle and the gentleman who did my paperwork. Thank you everyone  .

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a 2016 Crosstrek and have had nothing but problems.  My test drive seemed fine, but within a month of purchasing, the car was barely running. I was asked to give them a chance to have their mechanics check the car if anything were to happen, but was met with an irritable and dismissive attitudes when I contacted them to let them know the car was malfunctioning. They had me take the car to a shop they work with, who then kept the car for almost two months for what I was told was a sensor change. After getting the car back, it was already having issues within the next 5 months. Took it back to the dealership just to have them rush me out the door trying to send me to a transmission shop. After finally convincing them that the car needed a thorough check because nobody had even confirmed if it even was a transmission issue, they finally agreed to send it to a different shop they were working with. This shop was sketchy and took several weeks to make the repairs. When the car was finally done, I was told it may have a few extra miles just from test driving to ensure all was well. I waited over two hours in the lobby because the owner was “out with my car at the moment.” The receptionist kept calling the owner and when he finally showed up, my car had an extra 300+ miles on it. All of that just to have the car breakdown only a few months later. It’s an absolute lemon. Awful customer service, awful inventory, awful experience. I spent $20k on a car that has been an absolute nightmare. I’m now out a car with $15k left to pay and I got maybe 5k miles out of it. They will waste your time and money without blinking an eye.

I just wanted to take a few moments to share my experience buying a vehicle from Lending Group Auto for my son, who just turned 16.   When shopping for a car, it's hard to find a good car at a reasonable price.  It's even harder to find people that demonstrate integrity… after all it’s the car business.  Today I hit the jack pot and couldn’t be happier.  I found a GREAT car at a GREAT price!  And Jesse and Halim were absolutely outstanding to work with.  Their professionalism, honesty and dedication to customer service made this a 5-STAR experience for me.   No games, no B.S, and the vehicle was beautiful.  All of the cars on their lot looked very nice and well-kept.  Their show room was immaculate.  I have been car shopping for weeks and test drove many cars from other lots.  I could not believe how some of these other cars looked.  But not at Lending Group Auto.  My car was in excellent condition.  They have pride in their vehicles and care a lot about their reputation.  They also know the market well and price their cars competitively.  But it was the professionalism of Jesse and Halim that really stood out for me.  They went above and beyond and I am very grateful for their help.  I’ve only had the car for a few hours but I’m confident I purchased a great car at a great price.  I will absolutely refer everyone I know to Jesse and Kalim and I will return to Lending Group Auto when I’m in the market for another car.  Thank you guys!
