Needs work. Totally gutted camperman. I want to be totally open that this camper does need work, but being gutted, you can have at it and really make it what you want! Mays RV checked it out and added BRAND NEW a/c, tires and 2 water tanks, which haven’t been used. Comes with a cover and most everything you need to take it camping. Everything is new too, except the camper itself. Wooden frame and it great shape otherwise. Happy to share more pictures if interested! Price as is based on the new additions. You’ll basically be paying for the add ins and get the camper for free! If your handy in any way, you’ll be able to revamp it and have it on the road in no time! Must pick up as I no longer have a truck to pull the camper. Comes with a cover, levelers, fire extinguisher, hoses needed for tanks, pH for tanks, etc. All new and still in boxes! Happy to sell the sway bar to keep it stead. Weighs 3500 on its own and would need an Explorer or bigger to pull. It old school, so a car+ won’t be able to safely pull it even if it can pull 3500 pounds. Cash only, no checks
