Speed & Incline work. Incline can be adjusted on custom setting. Treadmill makes whining sound. (I can text you a video) Treadmill tech said it needs new conveyor belt & new roller bearings. Treadmill works great but it is too big to put in my house. Has aux cord to connect phone to speaker and a working fan! This treadmill is worth $1,600-$2,000. Selling for $220 OBO. You will need a truck and a helper or two to carry overhead out of patio.
