Felix is nothing but kind and professional- I was working with a tight budget after my previous car had blown a head gasket leaving me in a tight place and was nervous about having to get a new (to me car) as it had been awhile since going through this process. He let us look at every inch of the car without hovering or interfering (something I’ve experienced at many used car lots) and answered every question we had.
