I recently purchased an F350 from Ford Kirkland, and I can't recommend them enough! My salesperson, Uriel, was absolutely amazing. He made the buying process incredibly easy and stress-free. Only giving one star because our sales guy was nice and the taco truck out back was great. Everything else was a nightmare. Had the car only for a couple a weeks and the car started to over heat, went in got it checked out to only be told the car has a blown head gasket.  When we called, The manager was rude and dismissive, saying, “What do you expect when you buy a $10k car?” — when it actually cost $18k after financing. The financing was also a nightmare. We went in with our own financing, them telling us oh we can get you a way  better deal ended up not be being the better deal.  Should have went with our gut and stuck with what we had.
Save yourself the stress. We should’ve gone to a small mom-and-pop lot. I’ll be filing a BBB complaint — they sold us an unsafe, unreliable car and took zero responsibility. “As is” doesn’t erase consumer!

Had a great experience at Ford of Kirkland! My Mother and I went in to look at and take home a new 2025 Explorer ST.  It was an easy deal on a great vehicle. It started with a friendly, helpful greeting from Ben, who made us feel welcome immediately. He gave a great presentation of the features and benefits of the Explorer ST we were interested in and confirmed we had picked the right vehicle.

We had a great time talking with the general manager, Rob. He made the deal happen without the tedious back and forth negotiations you usually expect.

When we got to the business office Roman was prepared for us and reconfirmed the numbers with us, went over the paperwork and presented us with all the options we had to protect our new car, very friendly and professional.

When we were done with the paperwork Ben had the vehicle cleaned, gassed up and ready for delivery. We were in and out quicker than we had hoped. Great job guys, thank you for a great car buying experience!

Went to James at Ford of Kirkland, got me into a sweet 2016 Lexus IS300, great car buying experience, I love my car, got a great deal on it! This is the second car I've purchased from James, my brother has purchased one from him as well, and I will keep going back to him for all my auto purchases! Ford of Kirkland has a great selection of vehicles to choose from, a great sales team, and overall great, no pressure sales experience!
