Up for sale I have a combo deal. I am willing to separate but the trailer must sell first. I am willing to trade, but only for an rv. I have 2 babies and I need something more comfortable and convenient to travel in now. That being said the trailer is a 21’ toy hauler has two fold down beds and a fixed position bed up top. It has been sitting for about 3 years now since it’s last outing. New tires were put on 3 years ago along with a new roof coating, new uplostery for the cushions and some new hardware. The cabinets were all painted and the countertops kinda re done. The paint was never finished, the walls need to be re painted for the trailer to tie together. The generator was working last outing but now it’s cranking and not firing. I have a backup 9500w generator that I am throwing in it will need new batteries but I can plug in to shore power to show all electrical works. Water heater shower toilet and sinks all work heater and microwave works. This trailer was being renovated and wasn’t able to be finished it does need some cosmetic work mainly and a few mechanical things like the generator and a back spring for the door. This trailer has been in the family since purchased, it’s a great reliable trailer it just needs a little more love. The ford is a 1993 Ford F350 v8 460ci gas motor 4x4 long bed with 220,xxx miles. It’s starts runs drives and goes strong. It is an old truck it has some dings dents and scratches it has been worked on a few times in it’s life. Everything works in the truck power mirrors and front windows a/c blower works but it needs to be re charged with r-12 or converted to 134. It used to tow a fifth wheel in its earlier days now I just have been using it to tow the trailer, it’s not a daily I don’t need to sell I would like to just have an tv for convenience with the new family. I am also willing to separate I am asking $4500 obo for the trailer and $15,000 for the truck. I’m willing to negotiate
