This vintage wood and glass shadow display box is in excellent condition. Dimensions are 10 in by 24 and 1/2 in by 1 and 1/2 in deep. This box is in fantastic condition it has a maroon lining (unknown material). There is no latch. Box and glass are intact. Cosmetically nice unit for the age. I'm not exactly sure how old this box is I would guess probably as old as the 1960s as the person I purchased the boxes from use them for many years for a variety of purposes they had one time had a very large fishing lure collection that I believe were displayed in the boxes. This box would be perfect for fossils or arrowheads or etymology or basically any other type hobby display that you would need. I am uncertain of the type of wood however it is a very light brown dark tan color. The bottom of the box is also made of wood but it appears to be a different type of wood please note the photographs.
