This is a project trailer. I bought it to completely renovate and use as an Airbnb guest space or office, but got too busy with kids to renovate. Very similar to an airstream but has stronger bones from what I’ve read. I had no idea what I was doing when I bought it and had no idea what to look for so it needs a lot of love and work. Not for the faint of heart. I have gutted the interior. This really is for a creative, handyman, or entrepreneur who wants a project to work on from the bottom up. Needs someone with vision. Windows need repair, needs all new electrical, A/C, and roof fans, need roof seam seals, belly pan and inside skins, and subfloor replacement in front and back. Most of the demo has been done, so it’s perfect for someone who is ready to rebuild from the ground up. Just over 34’ long. Being sold as is. Working on getting the title. I bought it without, but have a bill of sale, vin verification forms, etc. I have been round and round with trying to get the title between Texas and California DMV. I have the original manual as well. Serious buyer inquires only. Moving out of state and need to get rid of asap. Make an offer and come pick up this week. Update: Pulled on trailer this morning. It is towable locally. Tires and bearings were new 4 years ago when originally moved from Texas, but have sat since. I still have all the original kitchen drawers and dining table to go with it. They are in great condition.
