Excellent condition! This couch is made by Ashley Furniture, the Rawcliffe series. It measures 129” x 129” & the ottoman measures 51” x 51”. The extra seat measures 40” making it 129” x 169” when added on. Very comfortable and comes with oversized 45” bottom cushions. All cushions have zippers and are machine washable. Comes from a clean and smoke free home. I have a truck and can deliver if needed!
