I am beyond pleased with my experience with The New Auto Toy Store. We live in SD and found this place online. At first we were not sure if this was the real deal but we reached out and were put in contact with Jorge who walked us through the details. We booked a flight and flew down to Ft. Lauderdale a few days later to look at the car we were interested in. Right away Jorge greeted and welcomed us. He gave us a tour around their beautiful showroom and got to view majority of their jaw dropping inventory.  Their showroom is clean, beautiful, and luxurious. The staff members/sales members are incredibly nice. The sales process was smoothe. The biggest challenge was how to figure out how to transport a luxury vehicle back to my state. However, Jorge had it all planned out for us. He made the calls and got it scheduled. We are back home now and our vehicle arrived in an enclosed trailer and in perfect condition. Jorge expected the vehicle would arrive in 1 weeks time but it actually arrived early. Thank you Jorge for all of your help, knowledge, and expertise. You made a dream come true for me and my family. We are so grateful to have met you and look forward to doing future sales with you. Thanks again!

I just got a mustang from the guys at The New Auto Toy Store and can’t say enough good things about the experience.  Awesome cars inside and out of their facility, conveniently located off 95, great staff who are all very helpful, namely Jorge who helped me with the sale, Casio the manager who helped facilitate the process, and Fernando the mechanic who helped me with a minor hiccup with the car window after picking it up.  Overall great experience and couldn’t be happier with my new car!

I thought this was a joke a first...
After making an offer on eBay for one of their cars, I received a call from the dealer asking if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. I asked if they were willing to accept my offer, but they didn't give me an answer. Instead I got an email and text stating that I'd have to give them a deposit (see screenshot), in order for them to tell me if they'd accept my offer or not...what a joke! I've purchased several vehicles from cross-country and have never heard of anything like this or treated so lowly before.
