I only pay $330.00 per month for moorage, water, and power. Pump out located nearby, or use free mobile pump-out. Moorage includes showers, bathrooms, clubhouse, and free access to 2 other on the water buildings available for weddings, parties, family BBQs.. etc.. Enjoy Gig Harbors many restaurants and free harbor side summer concerts. If the marina had room for my bigger boat, i wouldn’t be leaving. The Cal 2-29 has 2 quarter births, spacious V birth and the table in the saloon converts into a spacious bed for two. It has a gimbaled propane Force 10 gourmet gallly range stove/oven ,Farymann diesel motor, automatic feathering Max Prop propeller, Sails, and Jabsco Toilet. This is the cheapest moorage that I have found in the Puget Sound, and it comes with beautiful amenities. Only selling because I purchased a bigger vessel. Explore the islands, cruise to Hawaii, or use it as a live-aboard. It’s a great boat and I’m going to miss it. First buyer with cash in hand will get a real gem of a deal.
