This Unit is in working condition. Was hooked up in a Rental House I had but was sold and the Unit was not included. I paid $1000 for Unit. I sent my maintenance man to go pickup and unfortunately he clipped the wires (why I don't know he just clipped wires). Altho an electrical tech needs to hook up he knows how to splice them together. It's a very good unit is working good I don't see any problems. For a large house or business. Anyone that is interested in Unit can come check out, it's at a Tennants house in ROSEMEAD 91770 so an appt is necessary. Is negotiable need to have removed from Tenants house. Will take loss.
