Here are a list of upgrades done to this laptop: - Replaced used battery with new battery (1 year old) - Upgraded hard drive from 250 GB to 500 GB - Upgraded from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro (which cost $100 on its own) I have gotten great use out of this durable and reliable laptop. It is great for day to day tasks and working from home. The 720p HD webcam and microphone allows for you to make video calls with ease. I will mention that it is missing the rubber feet and has one or two very minor scratches. The keyboard sometimes has a slight issue where you might have to double press a key to get it to register on the left half of the keyboard. If this is a problem, you can always buy a cheap $10 USB keyboard. Here are the more technical specs: Intel Pentium B440 duel core CPU at 2 GHz, 4 GB RAM, 500GB Hard Drive Storage, DVD Reader/Writer, Windows 10 Pro included. Ports: Ethernet, VGA display, 3 USB ports, microphone input, headphone jack, power port. Despite the minor issues, it is still a great laptop and a great value. The only reason I have decided to sell this one is because I recently upgraded to a much more expensive Dell laptop for gaming.
