Full living room set, tables are real wood and very high quality. Couches are in good shape and will be cleaned before pick up. Sofa is a manual recliner and works great. Loveseat has broken mechanism and does not recline and has been priced accordingly. Tables in great shape, tv stand also in great shape and will even add 55 inch smart tv for 200$ more.
