Stenograph Wave Student Writer  w/ carrying case, charger and tripod- AS-IS Condition: “Good overall condition. Writer may or may not be fully functional. Sometimes we plug it in and it works perfectly. Other times just the dot on the secondary display turns on, indicating that the unit is on but does not have enough power to turn on the display. We do not know if it needs a battery or if there is some other bigger issue. All we know is it does not appear to be working as intended. Please understand there is no warranty on this. See Picture
