This bad boy has a lot of features, plate loaded cable system for lat pulls, pull up bar and a dip station. White and black in color but doesn’t come with a bench. The weights & mats shown are also included. It is 120lbs in Olympic plate weight and a bit of standard plate weight but nothing larger than 25lb plates making this a great starter set up.
