REDUCED PRICE! 2000 Residency Class A motorhome needs a new home. It’s a V-10 engine and can haul just about anything. Has a new water heater that we did not yet install, but comes with it. There’s no fridge in it since we used a regular apartment size fridge while we lived in it. We have pulled out most of the carpet to remodel but just don’t have the time. Must be seen in person. Available for viewing on Friday - Saturday only due to work schedule. It has two pullouts, with a walk around queen sized bedroom. ADDITIONAL INFO: Stove top bars are not missing, we have them stored. Needs a fridge can take gas or electric. Or use a regular apartment sized fridge as we did, your choice. Has new gas / electric water heater just needs to be installed. All windows perfect other than drivers side window has crack but does not hide driving it at all. 2 pullouts. Large one works normally small one may need to be moved manually. Floor still needs to be sanded and cleaned before flooring installed. Just needs your design and personal touch. We have done vinyl planks that haven’t been installed yet due to lack of time. Engine, brakes,transmission, A/C, lights, All work normally.
