I went to this car dealership, it was my very first time and first time buying a car and it did not disappoint! Pasha was very helpful and understanding, no pressure at all what’s so ever, he explained all the paperwork and functions of the car, answered all my questions, it’s was really a great experience overall, the staff lady inside was really nice and kind too. First I want to start by saying that we had already driven all over looking at vans before landing at empathy motors. Wish we would have went there from the beginning, from the time we walked in the door they were ready to help in anyway. Maggie is an absolute treasure, she was so pleasant and helpful while we waited for pasha. She ensured that we were seen. She helped speed up the process by showing us the van while we waited and was more than honest she really didn’t know that area of the job but she was willing to learn along with us. Pasha was a very pleasant person and worked with us in all the ways he was able to. We felt relieved and at peace leaving the dealership that day. From the calm environment, welcoming conversations and the over the top service Maggie provided for us when our one year old daughter got a little fussy. I can’t praise them enough and I am so happy with our purchase of my mommy mobile! If you are in the market go check them out you won’t be disappointed!

When my boyfriend first stopped he spoke with Efrain. He really liked the van and wanted me to see it. Pasha agreed to stay late until I could get there after work. Pasha and Maggie were so wonderful! They were very patient. They didn't make us feel rushed and answered all of my boyfriends questions.  They made it so easy to buy the van and I drove it home that night! Thank you so much for all of your help and staying late for us. We are very pleased with the van and will recommend you to everyone!

I’m so happy with my new car. Maggie helped with my credit questions and Pahsha made my purchasing experience  easy and stress free. He answered all my questions and found me the best options for my credit situation. All the cars here are priced so well I’m still in shock that i found my  new car. I’d give y’all 10 stars if i could ⭐️. Thank you for my beautiful SUV.  I was so impressed with the warranty that that’s offered i highly recommend 10/10
