Everything’s in good condition. Fully loaded. I’ve owned this minivan for 4 years and I’m selling it because I’m looking to buy a new car. The ac and heat work well. It has a little over 223k miles but I’ve maintained it pretty well. Engine and transmission is smooth. Honda’s have great history with their engines and they last forever as long as you maintain it. Pros: New battery, ac compressor, alternator, engine belts, oil change done every 3k miles, no dents, clean title on hand. Cons: driver seat is ripped on the side and middle seat is ripped by passenger corner side. Passenger side power door opens but it needs a push for it to close all the way but other than that it works just fine. $3950 obo
