I was having the absolute worst day ever before I met with long time friend, Ron Castillo at A Motors!

I came in and worked with Hardan. He worked really thoroughly to get me a deal on a reliable truck. I recommend asking for Hardan if you are interested in going to purchase a vehicle from here. The trade in process and everything was very smooth.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this establishment, and at first, I was genuinely excited and grateful for the service I received. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into frustration and deep disappointment. Shortly after my purchase, an error occurred with my car that required service. The mechanic’s lack of knowledge about sensors and how to properly reset them after completing the work was alarming. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a sensor that their own mechanic couldn’t fix or even comprehend how to handle.

When I took my vehicle to a trusted mechanic elsewhere, I was informed of several serious issues that should have been caught before the car was ever sold. My vehicle had a 6-year-old main battery, a failing auxiliary battery, and oil leaking into the alternator. These are not minor oversights they are clear signs of negligence.

When I reached out to the dealership for help, considering I hadn’t even had the car for three months, I was met with disrespect, yelling, and complete incompetence. The way I was spoken to especially as a woman was degrading and left me feeling dismissed, angry, and truly saddened. The kindness I experienced before the sale completely vanished afterward.

My recommendation: do NOT purchase from this establishment. Unless you are a mechanic yourself and looking for a project car, save yourself the frustration, financial burden, and emotional stress. What started as an exciting purchase quickly turned into one of the most disappointing and upsetting experiences I’ve ever had.

If I could double the stars I would! Harden was awesome and helped me so much. He got me exactly what i asked for! I’m very greatful for his effort and humor which made my stress go away.
