1996 Parker 1800cc With 2023 Yamaha 115hp 4 Stroke

If anyone interested in possibly buying, the lowest i can go for the boat is 20k (what I paid for the new motor and rigging of the motor with the digital guages). No soft spots on the deck and still all in good condition. Boat repowered with a new 115hp 4 stroke yamaha and under warranty for the next 6 years which can be transferred. Has new garmin fish finder with transducer. Motor has 164 hrs and will continue to go up as I will still be using it this season. Trailer was made in 2020 from pacific trailers. Title for both boat and trailer in hand. I was going over the boat and noticed that there is some termites inside of the hull since there is the termite droppings in the bilge pump. I am not sure where they are at in the boat. Sucks that they managed to get in. If anyone knows someone who can actually fix it with cutting up the deck and replacing any rotten wood, and stringers at a good price then please let me know.
