I don't recommend advising against purchasing a car from that place. When I first saw a car on the Facebook Marketplace and visited the dealership, they offered me a 7% APR. However, the next day, they informed me that the APR was 24.19% and pressured me into agreeing to it. After 3 months, they were unwilling to help me refinance the car and instead kept trying to get me to trade it in. I bought the car for $22,000 and after 9 months, its value had dropped to $15,000. They continuously pressured me to trade it in, which was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially my Indian friends, because they are not transparent about their policies. On top of that, when I had a flat tire and needed a jack, I found that the car did not have one. When I called them for assistance, they gave me a rude response stating that they do not provide a jack. Additionally, my car had a warranty but they did not provide any paperwork for it. When I asked for help, they were uncooperative and did not provide any assistance. I strongly advise against doing business with them. Thank you.

Tito was so welcoming to me and my family when we when walked.  The process was smooth.  And Cesar the manager was awesome I had a great deal with the truck I wanted.  Taz was just so friendly and funny and made everything so smooth.  Thank you guys so much for everything you had done for me.  I will be back again very soon for my next vehicle.

This is my second time buying a car from them. I traded in my first car (2019 Kia) and got a 2022 Honda HR-V. Oscar helped me! He’s a sweet heart and extremely patient and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. I’ll probably be back in a few more years for another car. 🫶🏾
