DO NOT BUY FROM MAINLINE AUTO- A friend of mine who only speaks Spanish purchased a used Honda CRV from Mainline Auto just two weeks ago, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Right after buying it started experiencing major issues, including:
Collision System Malfunction
Electric Parking Brake Problem
All-Wheel Drive Indicator Light
Brake System Hold Malfunction
Power Steering Issues
My friend ask me to contact Mainline Auto for help. I was met with complete indifference. The salesman who sold the car Tony outright told me he was "too busy for this" and hung up on me! That alone speaks volumes about the kind of business they run. Instead of standing behind their sales, they abandon customers the moment they drive off the lot.
If you're considering buying from them, DON'T. They sell cars with serious problems and refuse to take any responsibility. A reputable dealership should care about their customers, but Mainline Auto clearly does not. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss—go somewhere that values honesty and customer service.

I am so very glad that I did not do business with this dealership. I got a bad feeling just for my interaction on Facebook with whoever does the responses on Facebook. I saw a video that was labeled as satire. I expressed my concern about that video. I wasn’t disrespectful or rude, but the response I got was very cold and non-empathetic. Instead, they deleted my comment and could not care less if I was interested in being a customer or not. Then I come on Google because I was curious about the reviews and I wasn’t surprised. The person I spoke with bragged about how many years this company has been in business and that’s not how you win customers over. I know my one opinion does not matter to them because they feel like they are big-time, but if you have nothing to hide, and you are a business with legitimate, happy customers and good customer service you would not delete my comment simply because it goes against your standards. I’ve never experienced that. When you ask a dealership a question or submit a concern in a public space they do not delete your comment. They simply respond and try and show the customer that they are worth giving a shot. I was actually very excited when I saw the dealership For the first time and I thought to myself this is awesome. They even have the type of car I want, but after that interaction, I don’t care if it takes me five years I will never do business with this organization.

The worked with me and got me into something I wanted. I worked with Manny and he was great. Didn’t try to trick me or anything was completely honest. This my second car I’ve got here and always top notch service and vehicles.

I was approved for a car but they did not want to trade in my current car because I still had twelve thousand remaining for pymts in which I pay on time every mth. The car was around twenty thousand and I got it down to twelve thousand. I didn't want to put it on turo because i didn't have time for all of that,  so i told them the car i was approved for I don't want it at this time. Ok cool but a mth. Later i get about 50 letters from different lenders constantly telling me I'm not approve for a loan. I didn't request any loans recently. I went to them in early early March on the 3rd and I'm still getting notices which has been messing up my credit scores. When i tried calling them concerning this they had the nerve to disc. On my call twice, and the person that assisted me he tried to make as though he wasn't the guy i dealt with, they transferred me to the supervisor or manager there and he didn't even pick up the line and i left 2 messages where they kept on saying he was in his office but no response each time. I didn't like how the dealer kept trying to force me to take the car in which I wasn't trying to have 2 car notes and 2 car insurance. I had to reach out to the Credit Bureau to freeze my credit report to stop them from constantly trying to run my credit over 60x's literally i was able to see how many times they ran it like everyday after I've told them I change my mind I don't want the car. I was approved that same day I walked in but they did not want to trade my current car so I said I'll hold off until I get the payments lower. Not only that I realized the dealer kept me and my i.d when I left. I came back and he tells me oh I left it in the back. Now I know why, to try to do some shady stuff later, this all happened on Torresdale Ave. In Philadelphia. Fraud. Please don't go they are scammers...Coming from someone who cares.
