Recently purchased a Ram 2500 at the AutoNation in Fort Myers and was very impressed. Initially I was just looking, and stopped in on a Sunday just before closing. The sales person that approached me Christian was very personable and eager to help. I had an idea of what I wanted and was very specific and he regrettably told me they did not have one on the lot. He offered to search other locations and after some time we found exactly what I wanted, color and price but it was in Pembroke Pines. We have a friend over there so rather than pay the fees to ship it, we would go over the following Sunday. The manager Chris called me on Tuesday and said they would have it shipped at no charge even though I had already signed the papers with them 2 days prior. The delivery process was very smooth and Christian even came in on his day off to thank me and see me off. Great service! Thank you very much!!

Shopping for a car is very stressful and a big decision, but Shawn and Tamari made my experience the opposite. They were both patient, knowledgeable, honest, and genuine. I did not feel rushed or pressured. All of my questions were answered.They both made sure that I got what was best for me. They listen to me and I learned a lot going over my deal with Tamari in finance. I felt like family. I had a moment in feeling like I moved too fast in buying a car and was not sure about my payments and I brought the car back. Tamari again took the time to look over things making sure a got the best and made some adjustments. Shawn was so kind to bring the car back to me. Seriously they well deserve a bonus. My mom just purchased her first truck and our Sales guy Jeffrey Crocker was amazing! She hates car shopping due to pushy Salesmen but not once did she feel uncomfortable or pressured.
