I bought a bad ass truck from Lott 99. The price was awesome and the staff at Lott 99 were great in every department. Starting on the lot. They allowed me the space to shop around make my own decision. The buying process went smooth and any bumps in the road were dealt with professionally and promptly. My experience with this dealership has been nothing but a head ache for myself, my family, my friends, and even my clients. The frustration around the truck I thought I was buying is unending. I put two thousand dollars down on a truck I thought was in decent condition, and after six weeks of zero communication I decided to return the truck since I didn't have a loan still, and now they wont give me my down payment back and have even threatened to charge me for the repairs that should have been done before it was sold.

I drove the truck home mid September after being pre-approved for a loan. Since the day I got it home it has been nothing but problems. The oil was black, and the oil filter was dated 12/31/24 so it was a year old and they didn't do an oil change. So, I changed the oil ($70+). I also installed a new battery since it was sold with an old battery that had sat for too long ($389.99) - that was the first week I bought it. Then I noticed that the brights were flipped, so if I wanted my DRLs I had to technically turn the brights to "on" to turn them off. Then the transmission started getting sticky. Then it started blowing white/blue/black smoke out the exhaust on start up every time I started it. Then I started adding oil....I had to add 7+qts of oil in three weeks. I've added gallons of coolant to the overflow and it keeps disappearing. So, since I still didnt have a loan and no one had called me back any of the 13 times I called, I returned it. They told me I couldnt come in until 4pm, so I took the entire day off work to take this truck back, just for them to tell me that I damaged the truck and now it needs an inspection and even threatened to make me pay for the repairs their truck needs and pay per mile that I put on the truck, which is approximately 2500 miles. I drive a lot for work, I run my own business, and I'm out close to a thousand dollars for taking the day off work. They also refused to come pick the truck up.

I will not be paying to fix a truck I have already been fixing that isnt mine, and if it needs escalated beyond just my down-payment back then they can buy that battery and all the oil and the fuel treatment that I've put into it.

Please do not buy from here. Its all games.

First impressions, sales guy was welcoming to Lot 99 and encouraged us to ask if we needed the keys to check out any vehicle. We checked the first main lot, it comprised of subpar vehicles. Most of these vehicles face lots of wear and tear, such as faded headlights and disintegrating windshield gaskets. Cars looked fine on the photos online and pricing was OK, but I advise to check the cars out really well in person. Also, beware of the neighbor's dog.

Rob was super! He was quick with communication, provided answers, had the vehicle ready to test drive upon arrival and made the purchase process quick and painless.  I found him easy to talk to and respectful.
The Suburban I purchased has made me very happy. She is clean and drives beautifully.  Thank you Rob and LOT99.  The safety and assurance this new ride has brought my family is undeniable.

Lots of cars and trucks,  down side is very little parking to actually look at anything,  cars and trucks are packed in like sardines. Brandi and Rob are great, have answered all my questions, helped me get my new to me truck..
