Absolutely do not recommend this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them and was immediately hit with one issue after another. After a month of driving, I discovered there had been no oil in the vehicle, which caused $900 worth of engine damage. Just one week later, the transmission went out, costing me an additional $4,000 in repairs. I made multiple attempts to contact the dealership, but they have not responded or made any effort to make this right.

To make matters worse, I still have not received my title or license plates, and after calling the DMV in Austin, I found out the car hasn’t even been registered in my name. I’m now driving a vehicle that is considered illegal because they failed to do their part after the sale.

This is not just bad business — it’s negligent and dishonest. Save yourself the heartache, the money, and the legal headache. Take your business elsewhere.

To the folks at JB Motors, our experience with them has been great. We came to Houston for medical reasons for my dad and didn't know our visit would result in an extended stay. Renting a car for transportation become very expensive and our family would have to find a more economical solution. We reached out to JB Motors and they were willing to work with us considering the circumstances we were in. They gave us chance to personally inspect the vehicles, drive it, comment on the vehicles condition without them getting offended and were straight forward about the vehicle condition. We were able find find a vehicle that suits our needs for the price range I could afford within both a realistic and reasonable expectation. Because of this, I was able to take my Dad sightseeing around Houston before he was finally called upon to be with God. JB Motors help make lasting memories with my dieing Dad during the last couple weeks we have together. From my family to yours, we Thank-you. And when I come back to Houston,  I would definitely look you guys up to purchase another vehicle.

This sale person is selling cars that break down after people are buying them. As is and lying to them by saying it is a good working car and under the hood everything is good. Being dishonest about the deal. He sold a 2011 BMW sedan as is to a young lady, it broke down the next day. He refuse to replace it with another car of equal value,because he said it was sold as is. He refuse to refund her as well knowing the condition of the car. In front of the young lady she had a friend with her to witness him saying the car was good under the hood. Now he refuse to answer his phone calls from her. This is so wrong. Somethings needsto be done about this. Can you respond back and help this young lady get her refund or another car of equal value.

They sold me a car for my daughter that broke down on the highway 2 days later. It started running hot, smoking. There was a huge coolant leak. Took it to our mechanic who found patchwork everywhere. So far, $1000 later and it’s still in the shop. I spoke to   Lorena on the phone who said their mechanic would take a look, but they weren’t certified mechanics. At this point, we are taking it to a lawyer. These people do not care what they sell. Do not purchase a vehicle from them. Just don’t.

Slithery tactics. Sold me a car stating subframes were intact. Three out of four subframe points were cracked like below. Sold me the use car for 30% more than I should have paid simply on this false premise. Also they will over polish and wax shit paint so take a microfiber and water bottle to see true paint conditions.
