2011 Four Winds Thor Hurricane 33T RV Motorhome Low miles V10

Pending sale .. We are unfortunately selling our RV since we have literally no time to take it out and enjoy it. All we have done with it is upgrade it and dream of travel time. We work alot and have little time to get away. This description will be long with upgrades etc so please read all. I beleive in complete disclosure and no BS. 2011 Four Winns Thor Hurricane 33T F53 Ford V10 engine and 20,912 miles in excellent running condition. Past emmisions test. Just had engine oil and filter changed and Scott Repmans Rv look it over for any issues etc with engine, Trans, driveline, brakes etc. Onan QG5500 with 151 hours All excellent. Really runs and operates excellent. I am going to let you know upgrades we have done so far all done recently. 6 new tires plus added steel fill nozzles the way it should be , 2 new AGM house batteries, Brand new awning fabric, 4 New Bilstein shocks, New Steer safe system, Front end alignment, New wiper blades. Moving inside we redid all the not so great original leather look upholstery with high quality Allante AL-846 in Bisque color. Much longer lasting, All flooring from behind swiveling captains chairs all the way back with excellent quality Lifeproof 22mil wear layer 20 year commercial waterproof vinyl plank flooring. Brand new microwave, all new faucets kitchen,bath plus shower valve and wand. All light bulbs inside rig change to LED, All plumbing check and no leaks, checked propane stove top and works, Not sure yet on fridge since I ran it in our driveway for around an hour off propane but not sure if it was working since we were not level and read it needs level and to run several hours to cool down. Checked water heater no leaks and works with propane and works with just electric also. Both A/C units work great and ducted. TVs come on but never raised the antenna. Rooftop vents work great. I likely forgetting some things but all seems good inside. Roof top vents all good. Rooftop membrane is in great shape and all of the scalable seams have just recently been properly resealed with Dicor. All side moldings have been sealed recently. Full body paint still looks great but there are some imperfections here and there. 7 way plug on rear is bent. I have a new one to include. Will include a bunch of new items that we bought for the rv. Also have a bunch of service records and manuals from original owner. I have a bunch of extra pictures that I could not include here that I can send. Still could use some minor things but I already did the high dollar things. Rig was recently wash and waxed with a great PTFE product supposed to last at least a year to protect paint from UV. Let me you if you have questions. Pretty firm on price.
