The owner and front lady are the most disrespectful unprofessional people I've ever delt with in my life if you care to be treated fairly run away from these people they are horrible!!!!!

I tried to check out a truck they keep re-listing on offerup everyday on Saturday. Like many people I work Monday through Friday and often times can’t make it to look at cars during the week. I had trouble finding the dealership so I called and the guy informed me they were closed the entire weekend for labor day. I was bummed, but I figured I’d move on to look at some other dealers that were open. The weekend passes and I end up getting a break midday on Tuesday so I figured I’d try to swing by Rich Beam Auto sales again. I got there and couldn’t see the truck anywhere on the lot, despite being reposted again on offerup that morning. I walked around a bit and couldn’t find anyone to talk to. I knocked on the door with the business hours and no one answered. After a few more minutes of looking around I tried calling and no one answered the number. I was ready to pay cash for the truck, but this used car sales lot doesn’t seem to interested in selling cars.

This is the SECOND time we've driven from Central El Paso,  by Sierra Medical, out to see a vehicle and the gate has been LOCKED!!!  And the person who has the key is on the Westside.   Will no longer WASTE any of our time bothering to come out here.

Contacted through offer up met up to view the vehicle and was a smooth purchase.
