The Vintage Metal V & H gold band FIRST AID KIT is a unique and nostalgic piece. This original first aid kit likely holds historical significance and may be a valuable addition to any collection. I don’t know the history of this item but I purchased it at a yard sale at St. Simons Island Georgia many years ago. It’s in good condition but does have some rust on it(see photos). It could use a good scrub but I was afraid of removing the paint so I just wiped it with a cloth. Approximate Dimensions: 9.5” X 9.5” X 2.5” Weight 3# 4 Ounces
