Still spins when the child sits on it and turns the wheel and the sounds come on, but how they are supposed to coordinate together for some reason that part isn’t working correctly that’s why I’m only selling it for $10. Regardless, if your child loves to then they will still love the toy! Otherwise there’s nothing broken on it as far as the parts are concerned.
