Does have a few cosmetical issues that are fixable, No big dents or any of that. As far as mechanical issues is that when you are going on the highway it starts to vibrate a bit but FIL said it might be a bearing on the passenger side of truck. Had heater core recently changed so wires need to be reconected under the dash that included reconnecting the AC the radio and power windows etc and for some reason the odometer is not working..
