Description
Hello, I’m posting my 2011.5 fully loaded, true four season, great shape/ condition second owner Lance 992 truck camper. Clean & clear title in my name on hand, owned it for many years, but unfortunately have had some medical problems as well as other things in life happen, so it’s ready for a family or someone that will be able to get out & use it! The camper in my opinion is one of the best bang for your buck for the year, as with its remote activated automatic happy jacks, double slides one large one in the U shaped sitting dinette area that also folds to a very comfy bed, & another smaller slide in kitchen area makes it pretty roomy for a camper that goes on the bed of a truck. And when I said fully loaded, I mean it. The camper came equipped with everything you could get for it, TV, Microwave, fridge/ freezer, AC, satellite dish, radio, with speakers outside & inside of course, wet bath, & outside shower, awnings, real Queen plush sized bed, quite a bit of storage space, & optioned with the upper bunkbed area that folds in & can’t even tell it’s there. Dual propane tanks. Plus it’s all been regularly well kept up, maintenance schedule done, last summer had the roof & sides professionally cleaned & sealed, also when not messing around with it or using it, it’s either stored in a temperature controlled garage, or under a customer cover, I also put dehumidifier in it in off season, open it up every so often, get it winterized & de-winterized, full blown check off list/ walk around sheet each time too. The Generator is amazing, & like new (under 40hrs), I have had no issues or problems with the camper in all the years of owning, I think the most I’ve done (not a professional) was changed a light bulb. Check out the pictures, if you’d like more I can send them to you, or look online for it & you can get all the info you need. Will throw in everything I’ve bought for it, for traveling with it and upkeep over the years as well as all the manuals, literature, etc… I’m sure I’m missing things so if you’ve got questions or would like to schedule a viewing let me know. My schedule is an odd, but I will do my best to accommodate. If interested in the truck/ package deal, let me know. I’m still not sure I want to get rid of my truck yet, I’m also the 2nd owner, it’s a 1995 Chevy Silverado Dually with under 60k original miles, & gets compliments & people put their numbers on it all the time asking if I want to sell, I assume they think it’s got like 200000+ miles, & is dying, but nope it even still smells new like a 95 did at least to me, all stock other then had bags added just to better support the camper, not that it really needed it, but it did seem to help the ride and whenever I towed something a bit. Easily put air in them or out of them when campers not on it, also a custom rubber flooring mat. Anyways thank you for looking, & hope to hear from you soon. Please don’t waste my time, be serious, look up the model and everything to make sure it’s what you’re wanting & that you will be happy with and I won’t waste yours. Time is to valuable & can be used for much better things, like glamping with your loved ones! Thank you & God bless
