2006 FEMA Gulfstream Cavalier. Unique 2 bedroom model, no bunks. We removed one "bedroom" and turned it i to a living room with futon couch. We also removed the banquette booth and put another couch area (we use tv trays) . Everything works! The AC blows cold. We replaced the furnace, stove top, water heater, etc!! Will come with fridge, futon and couch... or we can take one couch out and put a small table and chairs back. Most everything you see...comes with! Except small decor, silverware, etc. We currently live in it and have for the past 6 months while saving to buy our home, and we've now found our home. So this trailer will be available on July 1st! Perfect little home as we've made it cozy! The outside is NOT beautiful... and there a few quirks. NO title, but it's just meant to be parked...no travel with as it needs hook ups.
