This is brand new, absolutely no wear and tear, bought this a few months ago, absolutely no complaints about the bunks, it’s sturdy and at the same time safe with kids, the beds are low and changing sheets are easy, the design is simple and no need to buy slats extra, but it jus simply din fit in to my space, had trouble fitting in my rental with my other furniture. We are moving out and hence the sale. Comes from a smoke free pet free home Mattress not included
