Bought brand new and have only had it for the last 4 months. No damage, collapsible, works great and like new. Insert is removable and machine washable. LED light with two hanging toys that rotate. Seats vibrates and turns 180°, can turn the chair sideways or backwards. Has music and noises, a timer (or you can choose not to use it), and 6 speed swing options. Has a buckle and goes over shoulders. No wear or tear. Good as new. Retails for $180, no offers below $100.
