Really awesome table that easily expands in the middle! This is real wood and can easily be refinished to look new again! Soft wood! Cash only. All offers for checks will be denied. 36" by 54" and 35.5" tall . The leaf is in the middle already. Just push both sides out and slide the table out and the leaf comes up! This makes the width of the table quite large! Comfortably seats 2 on each side for a total of 8! It's a very good deal on a nice table and 4 chairs. Also willing to sell just the chairs as a set of 2 or 4! $30 each.
