condition: good Sectional Couch - Brown leather sectional couch for sale. This couch was valued at over $5,000 at the time of purchase. I have been the only owner and it now has been in storage for the past couple of years. It is in good condition and I will be selling it on a first come first serve basis, best offer, and pick up only. I will meet the buyer at the storage unit in Lisle, IL. I intend to accept offers for this couch until June 1st with no promises it will be available until then. I will also show the couch to serious buyers who are local and interested in purchasing it.
