This car should only be for parts or a demolition derby. 04 dodge stratus I got it to be my first car but then I found out the transmission is bad it does still drive but it only has first or maybe it's stuck in 2nd but it does have reverse. The engine is good the body needs work the back bumper rusted off so I welded a piece of angel iron on the back the wheels are in good shape I put a new oil pan gasket on and a new alternator and belt but the car does need a battery it will start if jumped. It could be a good car if you want to put all the time and effort into it. I am the second owner of this vehicle and yes I did spray paint the hood the roof and trunk black I might just paint the whole thing black.
