Custom built this recently (2020) and decided we want to size up. Weighs under 1,000 lbs. Foundation is extremely solid with wood and is fully, fully insulated. We took it out once and we’re able to sleep comfortably without blankets in 25 degree weather. Fully wired for electricity (professionally by an electrician). Has two outlets and an overhead light. Camper is 5x8, and sits upon a 4x6 Lowe’s utility trailer. The bed inside is a full sized mattress so it can fit two comfortably. Being that it was a passion project, there are obviously some areas that are not perfect in their design but the camper itself is fully functional and extremely weather proofed. We’ve definitely left a lot of room for modifications and what not if buyer wants to expand upon the build. The mattress has been used once, can include if buyer is interested.
